Finders Fee: How much do we regularly offer to brokers?  Ans: We will give you 10% of all confirmed reservation totality.
 
Target: We are currently targetting our kababayan who are in the Philippines and abroad that is why we have equipped ourselves with all means of communications such as international phones and as far as getting our own credit card processing system which is still being processed as of this time.
 
Fair Practice: We want to make it fair for everyone, from the esteemed brokers and especially to the visitors to keep them coming back.
 
Responsibility: As a Broker, you will take care of the inquiries that comes in until you can close the inquiry and lead the visitor to their payment.

Payment Issue: elabiz Properties will handle the payment issues because we want the visitor to be in direct contact with us, in this regard.
